At Calvenya, all payments are processed by PayPal, one of the most trusted payment services in the world. Many customers don't realise that you don't need a PayPal account to use it: in most countries you can simply pay with your Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, as a guest.
How to pay by card in 4 steps
- Go to checkout. Add your piece to the cart, click Check out and enter your email and shipping address.
- Choose PayPal. Select PayPal as your payment method and continue. A secure PayPal window opens.
- Select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. Instead of logging in, choose the card option (the wording may vary slightly by country). No account or password is needed.
- Enter your card details and confirm. Type your Visa or Mastercard number, expiry date, security code and billing address, then confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation email from us right away.
Is it safe?
- Your card details stay with PayPal. They are encrypted and processed by PayPal; Calvenya never sees or stores your card number.
- Extra protection. Eligible purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, on top of our own 14-day return policy.
- Secure connection. Our whole store runs on HTTPS, shown by the padlock in your browser bar.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create a PayPal account?
No, not in most countries. Choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” and pay as a guest. In some countries, or for some cards, PayPal may ask you to create a free account. It only takes a minute.
Which cards are accepted?
Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are accepted in most countries. American Express and other cards may also be accepted, depending on your country.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Our prices are in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank or PayPal converts the amount at its current exchange rate.
The card option doesn't appear. What can I do?
Check that the country in your shipping and billing address is correct, then try another browser or device. If it still doesn't work, contact us by email at contact@calvenya.com or on WhatsApp. We can send you a secure PayPal payment link by email, which you can also pay by card.
When will my order ship?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, our artisans start on your piece. It is ready to ship in 6–15 days, with free tracked shipping worldwide. See our shipping page for details.
