Every Dreamast piece begins as a lump of red clay from Morocco’s Atlas region. Our artisans throw, carve and shape each shade by hand, fire it in the kiln, then finish it raw or in a hand-mixed glaze.

How do I choose the right pendant light size?
Over a kitchen island or dining table, choose a shade about one third of the table width, hang it 75–90 cm (30–36 in) above the surface and space several pendants 60–75 cm (24–30 in) apart. Not sure? Send us your measurements and we’ll recommend a size — free.
Are your pieces really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is shaped, carved and glazed by hand by artisans in Morocco. Small variations in colour, texture and size are natural and make each piece unique.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most pieces are made to order and ready to ship within 6–10 days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Do you ship worldwide? How much does it cost?
Yes — we ship to most countries with free tracked shipping. Every piece is individually wrapped and packed to travel safely.
Which socket and bulb do I need?
Our pendant lights come with an E26 socket (USA & Canada) or E27 socket (Europe, UK and most other countries) and an 85 cm cord. Bulbs are not included — a warm LED bulb (2700K) gives the most beautiful glow. Longer cords are available on request.
Can I order a custom size, colour or quantity?
Absolutely. Our workshop makes custom sizes, glazes, cord lengths and even designs not in our collection — from one piece to large series for hotels and restaurants. Request a free quote or see our trade & wholesale options.
What is your return policy?
You can return your piece within 14 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right. Read our full returns policy.
