1. Overview

This website, calvenya.com, is operated by Calvenya, based in Morocco. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products

Our products are handmade ceramic lighting and home decor. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in colour, texture, glaze and size compared to the photos are natural and not defects. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen. Product dimensions are approximate.

Electrical lighting products must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations. Bulbs are not included unless stated. You are responsible for choosing the correct socket type (E26 or E27 and G9) and a bulb rated for your local voltage.

3. Orders and custom work

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability of materials; in that case you will receive a full refund. Custom and made-to-measure orders are produced according to the specifications confirmed in writing between you and us and are final once production has started.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Prices do not include import duties or taxes that may be charged by your country. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers (such as PayPal); we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to keep information on this site accurate, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, prices or other content are always complete or error-free. We may correct errors or update information at any time.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, photos, texts, logos and the Calvenya name — belongs to Calvenya and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calvenya is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site, including damage caused by improper installation or use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our store is hosted on Shopify and uses third-party services (payment, shipping, chat, reviews). Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
