Are your pieces really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is shaped by hand by artisans in Morocco. Slight variations in color, texture and size are natural and make each piece unique.
How long until my order ships?
Most pieces are made to order and ship within 6–10 days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with free tracked shipping.
Which socket and bulb do I need?
Our pendant lights come with an E26 socket (USA & Canada) or an E27 socket (Europe, UK and most other countries) and an 85 cm cord. Bulbs are not included. Longer cords are available on request.
How are fragile items packed?
Each piece is wrapped individually and packed with protective materials to travel safely. If anything arrives damaged, contact us with photos within 48 hours and we will make it right.
What is your return policy?
You can return your piece within 14 days of delivery. See our returns policy for details.
Can I order a custom size, color or quantity?
Yes. Our workshop makes custom sizes, glazes, cord lengths and even designs not in our collection, from one piece to large series. Request a free quote or see our trade & wholesale options.
How do I care for my ceramics?
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Unglazed terracotta should be kept away from moisture.
